PURPOSE:To facilitate the handling by decreasing the number of parts and to reduce the cost by decreasing the number of processes by constituting the magnetic head by fitting and installing directly an assembly of a core formed by installing a core in a bobbin with a coil and the bobbin with a core into a case and assembling them. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces of cores are engaged into a through-hole 7e and a groove 7d of a bobbin 8 with a coil, end parts of the front part are allowed to abut on each other through a gap spacer 10, and also, end parts of the rear part are allowed to abut on each other and assembled, and thereafter, an assembly of the core 3 and the bobbin 8 with a coil is engaged into a case and assembled. In such a way, by decreasing the number of parts, its handling can be facilitated, and also, by simplifying the centering of each part, and magnetic head which is small in size and whose cost is low can be obtained. |
