PURPOSE:To simulate the vibration of a vibrating table in two dimensions or three dimensions, by providing multidimensional vibration control device having a multidimensional vibration wave forming part, a waveform memory part, a computing part, a simultaneous signal generating part of a plurality of command signals, and the like. CONSTITUTION:When the tridimensional vibrations with respect to three axes that are crossed at a right angle are controlled by six driving devices, displacement waveforms and rotary angle waveforms with respect to the three axes that are crossed at a right angle are formed by combining various function generating parts that are provided in the multidimensional wave forming part 7. They are stored in the multidimensional waveform memory part 8. A plural command signal computing part 9 computes the command signals for a plurality of driving devices from a stored vibration waveforms. The results are stored in a plural command signal memory part 10. The simultaneous signal generating part 11 of a plurality of command signals simultaneously generates a set of analog command signals 13 for the driving devices based on the six command signal stored in the plural command signal memory part 10, and controls the vibration of the vibrating part. |
