PURPOSE:To improve process efficiency in an automated warehouse control by an automatic transfer system within water process factories, by holding the shipping of products to the automated warehouse corresponding to the next process, which products reach the housing limit number set for the combination of kinds and half done processes of housed products. CONSTITUTION:When a process treated lot is stocked in an automated warehouse 1, the lot number is informed through an interprocess transfer controller 11 to a host computer HC(hereinafter called simply HC). HC refers to a lot control data file to extract the half-done process of lot and erect a transfer holding flag. Next, Hc refers to a process flow data file to extract the warehouse number corresponding to a process half done next to the lot. Then, HC refers to a transfer judging flag of the corresponding kind of product in the corresponding warehouse to judge whether or not products should be transferred. Thus, the efficiency of process can be improved. |
