PURPOSE:To allow a viewer to purchase only interested programs among all programs by collating control information including a number of a logical channel sent from the center side with management information including the logical channel number inputted at a home terminal side so as to select a channel. CONSTITUTION:The system consists of a transmission means 12 sending the information provided to a center 11 for each physical channel, a management means 16 sending control information including the logical channel number, an input means 29 for management information including the logical channel and provided to a home terminal 18, and a channel selection means 31 or the like selecting a prescribed physical channel by a command of a control processor. 23. Then the logical channel number received by the home terminal 18 is collated with the physical channel number and the logical channel number sent from the center 11 to select a relevant channel. Thus, the viewer can select only the interested program among programs freely. |
