PURPOSE:To lower resistance at the time of excavation by connecting a filling pipe so as to form a part of a skin plate and detachably inserting a flexible hose having a check valve while shaping a clearance. CONSTITUTION:A slot 5 is bored into the tail plate 2 of a shield excavator 1, and a filling pipe 7 having a leg base-shaped cross section is connected to an opening surface on the skin plate 6 side of the slot 5. A pipe 10 for supplying an A liquid such as a cement-contained muddy liquid is bonded with the inside of the tail plate 2 of the side end section of the shield jack 3 of the slot 5. A flexible hose 11 for supplying wash water and a flexible hose 12 for supplying a B liquid such as a consolidation agent, at noses of which check valves 16 are installed respectively, and a wire rod 17 are inserted detachably while shaping a clearance 39. A mixing section 38 is formed at the nose of the filling pipe 7, and a blank plug 20 is fitted. Accordingly, an injector for a back-filling material can be incorporated into the tail plate 2 without being projected to the outer circumference of the tail plate 2 and the skin plate 6. |
