PURPOSE:To obtain a multi-branch switch which performs the same function as a branch switch which has (mXn) pieces of branch terminals, by forming plural branch switches having a comparatively small number of branch terminals on a thin film conductor. CONSTITUTION:The signals phi1 and phi2 which drive multi-branch switches SW1-1-SW2-4 have pulses having phases opposite to each other. The signals phi1 and phi2 are stepped down by a frequency stepping-down circuit 100 which drives branch switches SW3-1-SW4-2 of the next stage, to obtain signals phi'1 and phi'2. The electric charge stored in the capacitors C1-1-C1-8 after passing through resistances R1-1-R1-8 is applied to branch terminals B1-B8 of a multi-branch switch. The signals phi1 and phi2 are fed to the switches SW1-1- SW2-4, and the signals phi'1 and phi'2 are fed to the switches SW3-1-SW4-2. Furthermore signals phi''1 and phi''2 are fed to the switches SW5 and SW6. As a result, the electric charge stored in the capacitors C1-1-C1-8 is extracted outside in the form of an output current only while a conductive state is secured between the branch terminals connected to the capacitors C1-1-C1-8 and a main terminal MT. |
