PURPOSE:To easily divide a packaged round mirror-shaped rice cake (kagami mochi) into a plurality of pieces by a method wherein after rice cake is charged from an opening on a bottom of a round mirror-shaped rice cake package, a partition is sectioned by inserted partitioning wall parts and the package is sealed with a rear lid. CONSTITUTION:After predetermined amount of rice cake corresponding to volume of a package (a) is charged from an opening 4 formed on a bottom surface 3 of the round mirror shaped rice cake package (a) made of synthetic resin, a partition (b) is inserted. Since the rice cake is not solidified yet, it can be sectioned easily by partitioning walls 7 of the partition (b). Further, engaging parts 8 formed on a ridge face constituting the partitioning walls 7 are hung on a stage of a package 1 thereby preventing the ridge face 9 above the engaging parts 8 of the partitioning walls 7 from being closely attached to an inner side face of the package 1 forming the rice cake in a shape as mounted on an upper stage. Further, a bottom 11 of the partitioning walls is inserted into the package wherein it does not protrude from the opening 4 of the package. By sealing with a rear lid 6 the package is made as a product. |
