<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an airtight-sealing effect of a rectifier element by a resin from being lowered by a method wherein a container or a lead wire is provided, at a part coming into contact with the resin, with a means to hold down the resin when the resin is heated and expanded thermally. CONSTITUTION:An upper-end face, a side face and a lower-end face of an overhang part 25 of a container 2 or a guard-shaped part 33 of a lead wire 3 come into contact with a silicone rubber 5. As a result, the overhang part 25 of the container 2 or the guard-shaped part 33 of the lead wire 3 is held down by the silicone rubber 2 from its circumference; accordingly, even when the overhang part 25 of the container 2 or the guard-shaped part of the lead wire 3 is formed of a flexible member, the overhang part 25 of the container 2 or the guard-shaped part 33 of the lead wire 3 is not bent when the silicone rubber 5 is heated and expanded. Accordingly, the silicone rubber 5 can be held down. Thereby, it is possible to surely prevent that a gap is produced between a bottom wall 21 and a vertical wall 22 of the container 2 and a lower- end face 52 and an external periphery face 63 of the silicone rubber 5 as well as between an electrode part 31 and a lead part 32 of the lead wire 3 and an inner periphery face 54 of the silicone rubber 5.</p> |
