PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the heat recovery efficiency, to save the space and to reduce the manufacturing cost and running cost of the titled device by a structure wherein a condenser is installed in either one of a suction through hole and an exhaust through hole and an evaporator is installed in the remaining through hole and at the same time a fan is provided in either one of said through holes so as to be connected to form a heat pump in a heat recovery type ventilating device. CONSTITUTION:A heat recovery type ventilating device 20 equipped with dehumidifying function is mounted on an outer wall or a window 16. A heat pump consists of a compressor 1, a condenser 2 contained in a through hole 21, through which air is sucked during heating operation (or air is exhausted during cooling operation by reversing the rotation of a fan), a capillary tube (or an expansion valve) 3, an evaporator 4 contained in a through hole 22, through which air is exhausted during heating operation (or air is sucked during cooling operation), a bypass valve 5 of the capillary tube and the fan 7, which can change the direction of air flow by changing over its direction of rotation from/to clockwise to/from counterclockwise. In addition, the through holes 21 and 22 for suction and for exhaustion can be set in a state of ventilation by closing a duct 17 for a dehumiditying circuit with heat dampers 15 and 15'. |
