发明名称 BEZIER CURVE PLOTTING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain high-quality plotting for a long bezier curve and to contrive the high speed of plotting for the short Bejer curve by determining the number of the approximate straight lines of the bezier curve at the number in proportion to the length of the bezier curve. CONSTITUTION:The coordinate values for four points to determine the bezier curve are inputted to a coordinate register group 1. A sampling number calculating part 2 determines that by how many straight lines the bezier curve determined by the four points is approximated. A coordinate calculating part 3 calculates the straight line to approximate the Bejer curve and the coordinates of sampling points to be respective endpoints, and calculates an address to point out a memory, for which correction is necessary in order to develop the approximate straight line to a buffer 5, on a buffer 5. An accumulator 4 reads data from the memory pointed by the address calculated by a calculating part 3, and after the correction, by writing the corrected data into the memory again, the approximate straight line is developed to the buffer 5.
