PURPOSE:To improve yield at a high speed by providing a step of binding an image forming blank from image forming blank distributing means to the adhering face of a binder in a state that a sheetlike coating is superposed on a rear face of the adhering face of a sheetlike base material, and a step of separating the sheetlike coating. CONSTITUTION:A binder layer 8 is formed on a base material 2, dried in a drying unit 10, a protective sheet 35 is then attached to the rear face of the material 2 to move at the same speed as that of the material 2. An image forming blank 1 charged uniformly by a generator 17 is fed by gas stream supplied through a porous plate 15 to be introduced from a pressure tank 12 into a gas chamber 14 to electrostatically adhere the blank 1 to a grounded transfer cylinder 19. The material 1 on the cylinder 19 is supplied toward the layer 8 of the material 2 upon rotation, pressed on the layer 8 by a pressure between a rotary drum 20 and the cylinder 19 to be bonded in a substantially uniform single layer state. Then, the sheet 35 on the rear face of the material 2 is peeled from the material 2 by a roller 34. |
