PURPOSE:To suppress a cross talk and an attenuation of a high speed signal and to make it possible to transmit the high speed signal by making the wiring pattern of a relay terminal composition in a microstrip line structure held with earth layers from both sides. CONSTITUTION:A relay terminal composition 23 furnishes a mother board 35, through holes 36 formed at the mother board 35 responding to a rear side terminal 27, and wiring patterns 37 formed on the mother board 35 linking and connecting to the through holes 36 and extending to the lower edge side of the mother board 35. And moreover, it is composed by furnishing a lower edge terminal 38 linking and fixing to the wiring patterns 37 and projecting downward from the lower edge of the mother board 35, and earth layers 33 and 34 holding the mother board 35 from both sides. In such a composition, the wiring patterns 37 are made into a microstrip line structure. Furthermore, since the relay terminal composition 23 makes the length of the signal transmission the shortest, the inductance is reduced. Consequently, a cross talk and an attenuation of the high speed signal can be suppressed, and the high speed signal can be transmitted. |
