PURPOSE:To prevent incomplete electric connection between lead terminals and the mainframe side of an element by holding elastically the mainframe part of the element so that its mainframe part is placed between the lead terminals which are applied with creamed solder, thereby mounting the lead terminals to the mainframe of the element in such a way that the foregoing creamed solder is melted and is set after the lead terminals are fixed to the mainframe. CONSTITUTION:Creamed solder 33 is attached to pointed ends of lead terminals for input, output, and earth 30, 31, and 32 and these terminals are made to abut upon respective electrodes 12, 13 and 16 of a piezoelectric vibrating element 11 so that the element 11 is held flexibly by the lead terminals 30, 31, and 32. A hot air sprayed from two directions as shown by directed lines (a) to these connecting parts is allowed to melt creamed solder 33 so that the connecting parts may have satisfactory adaptation one another. After that, hot air supply is suspended and then creamed solder 33 sets to complete its connection. The formation of the pointed ends of the terminals 30 and 31 which are formed into shapes of keys as well as the pointed end of the terminal 32 which is formed into a broad width serves the purpose of realizing the stable strength of connection. |
