PURPOSE:To prevent the alteration and disappearance of the previous format data, in newly storing formed data in the first memory means, by providing the second memory means for preserving the previous format data. CONSTITUTION:When a writing destination is successively designated on the basis of the writing command of format data to respective page control tables 4a, 4b by an overlay pointer 2b, a CPU 1 independently controls the format data stored in one page control table 4a designated previously and the format data written in the other page control table 4b designated later to hold writing order. When the CPU 1 controls the format data stored in one page control table 4a by a temporary preserving pointer 2a, the CPU 1 makes the writing destination based on the writing command of the format data to the page control table 4b preferential to the other page control table 4b and temporarily hold the format data previously written in one page control table 4a. |
