PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction due to the production of a ringing in an output waveform by setting a delay time difference optionally in terms of the circuit and controlling the rise and fall time of the output waveform with a gate circuit driving each of output buffers. CONSTITUTION:When an input at an input terminal 1 starts changing from a low to a high level, an output buffer 11 is stopped by a delay circuit 5 and a coincidence detection circuit 9 and only an output buffer 10 drives an output terminal 12 and its succeeding circuit. When the delay time of the delay circuit 5 elapses after the input signal goes from a low to a high level, the coincidence detection circuit 9 detects the coincidence and the output buffer 11 is operated. Even when the output drive capability is increased by operating the output buffers in two stages with a time difference, the ringing per one output buffer is less and malfunction due to the ringing is prevented. |
