PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF CRYSTALLIZATION OF IBUPROFEN

摘要

The method for preparing crystalline ibuprofen developed in physical character comprises: (a) dissolving ibuprofen in solvent contained Hv/8 liquid solvent at 20-60 ≦̸C; (b) controlling the temperature of solvent containing ibuprofen and HV/8 till saturation; (c) cooling the saturated solution at 0-20≦̸C for 0.5-3 hr and then, precipitating crystalline ibuprofen; (d) seperating crystalline ibuprofen from the solid-liquid mixture.
