The improved composite yarn extruding spinneret is used for especially spinning sheath-core type two components composite yarn. The spinneret is designed that the single (sheath) component from extrusion hole in internal body is extruded out and the island (core) -sea (sheath) doubled components from extrusion hole in outer body is extruded out. The multi-composite filament yarn is composed of the sheath type mono component filament in the core part and the sheath- core bicomponent filament on the outer part.
