The fiber or film of wholy aromatic polyamide is prepd. by: preparing a liquid crystal prepolymer soln. having 1.8-3.8 inherent viscosity by low-temp. polymn. of aromatic diamine with di-acid chloride of same mole ratio in amide polymn. solvent contg. inorg salts; wet- spinning the prepolymer with polymn. accelerating solvent conprising t-amine based solvents or a mixd. solvent of t-amine based solvent and amide based solvent by using spinning nozzle or die; and, stretching and orienting by passing through molecular orienting rollers which have different linear velocities and are established horizontally; then, washing, drying and continuously winding.
