PURPOSE:To cool a mold constituting mold blocks economically and efficiently by setting the timing of repeating the movement of a cooling means same as the movement of respective mold blocks in a mold block molding section. CONSTITUTION:For molding a continuous resin molded product, a mold block 200 positioned at the end of a return line 3 is registered by a connecting means 10, and while resin is injected into the mold block 200, a molding line 2 as a mold block molding section on a base 1 is transferred from the injection side to the extrusion side by a transfer means, and the mold block 200 is separated in a manner of distributing the same to both ends of the base 2 at the end of the molding line 2. In case the mold block 200 is cooled by a means 50, a rod of a cylinder 53 is constantly operated correspondingly with the moving mold block 200, while cooling water is charged from a charging pipe 51 into a circulating cooling water line 22 of the mold block 200 at the timing same as the movement of the mold block 200, and at the same time, cooling water warmed up in the circulating cooling water line 221 is sucked from a section pipe 52. |
