More specifically, this invention is directed to TPA type compounds wherein modifications occur in the kringle 1 and kringle 2 domains. This invention is also directed to analogs with one or more changes in the kringle domain of urokinase-type compounds. The compounds of this invention are pharmaceutically useful having particular use in the same manner as TPA and urokinase. |
