PURPOSE:To reduce the load of time spent in equipment initialization by providing plural holding means to hold plural preliminarily set initial state values of the equipment and selecting one of these held values in accordance with an external signal. CONSTITUTION:Peculiar initial set values are held in internal memories 3-i with an equipment operator as the unit to simplify the setting processing of the state of the equipment. That is, initial set values which are preliminarily set with an equipment operator as the unit and are held in internal memories 3-i are selected in accordance with the designation from an operation part 5 by a switch circuit 2 after power-on of the equipment, and the selected initial set value is transferred to a dynamic memory 4. Consequently, each equipment operator can preserve his private initial set value to independently determine the initial state of the equipment. Thus, the initial state meeting the use of each operator is easily set immediately after power-on or at the time of reset, and the load of the time spent in initialization of the equipment is reduced.
