PURPOSE:To realize variation in interval corresponding to temperament by converting an index conversion part which performs the index conversion of tone pitch data sent out of a control part and sends out delay length control data as the index conversion result. CONSTITUTION:Data sent out of an arithmetic part 52 is written in a memory and data which is sent out of the arithmetic part after time delay controlled with delay length control data sent out of the index conversion part 12 is read out of the memory. Further, this musical instrument is equipped with a delay part 13 sends out the data to the arithmetic part 52 again and the index conversion part 12 which converts tone pitch data sent out of a control part 11 into delay length control data. Therefore, tone pitch data corresponding to a position on a keyboard is converted by the index conversion part 12 and the delay length control data as the index conversion result is regarded as the word length of a delay memory. Consequently, variation in tone pitch similar to an actual musical instrument is easily realized. |
