PURPOSE:To prepare a thick-walled molded article reusing used polyester resin, by blending thermoplastic polyester resin having an adjusted water content with polypropylene resin in a specific ratio, injection molding the blend at a fixed temperature, annealing the molded article. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin component comprising 20-70wt% thermoplastic polyester resin consisting of ethylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit, having an intrinsic viscosity of >=0.55 and an adjusted water content of 0.01-0.4wt% and 80-30wt% polypropylene resin is injection molded at a molding temperature of 240-290 deg.C and annealed to give a molded article provided with scaly pattern produced resulting from the non-compatibility of both the resin in a molten state. |
