<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject derivative useful for antiviral agent, etc., with simple method by affecting Lewis acid to specific protected oxetane cyclic compound. CONSTITUTION:A protected oxetane cyclic compound expressed by formula I (R1 and R2 are protecting group; Y is base) is reacted with Lewis acid preferably in the copresence of base component contained in a nucleoside protecting functional group, removing protecting group as necessary, to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula II (R1' and R2' are H or protecting group). Besides, the compound expressed by formula III having H as groups R1' and R2' is a novel substance.</p> |
