Method for producing a heat-insulated pipe, comprising a medium pipe 17 and a casing 12 surrounding this, with a heat-insulation material 15 arranged between the medium pipe and the casing. The casing is extruded in an angle extrusion head 10 while the medium pipe and the heat- insulation material surrounding the medium pipe are advanced axially through the angle extrusion head as the casing is extruded around the heat-insulation material. In this connection, the casing 12 extruded from the angle extrusion head is kept at a distance from the heat- insulation material 15 surrounding the medium pipe 17 over an initial length of its axial movement forward to chill chains 13 for producing a corrugated shape on the casing by shaping the latter against the chill chains under the action of negative pressure. The invention also relates to an arrangement for an extruder with an angle extrusion head 10 for production of the heat-insulated pipe, in which a sleeve 20 is arranged in the angle extrusion head, which sleeve outwardly delimits a passage for the heat-insulation material 15 and the medium pipe 17 surrounded by it from the angle extrusion head forward to the chill chains 13. <IMAGE> |
