发明名称 COUPLING STRUCTURE OF CERAMIC ROTOR AND METALLIC SHAFT
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve infiltrability of a brazing material into the joining interface at the time of joining a rotor to a metallic sleeve by providing a plated copper or nickel layer to both the inner peripheral face of the metallic sleeve and the inner face of a reverse flange part in the title coupling structure wherein the metallic sleeve having the reverse part is utilized. CONSTITUTION:The plated copper layers 10, 15 are formed to both the inner peripheral face of a metallic sleeve 3 and the inner face of a reverse flange part 5 respectively. For example, the filling metal 8 (silver solder BAg-8) is arranged to the inner face of the reverse flange part 5 of this sleeve 3 and the projecting shaft part 2 of a turbine wheel 1 made of ceramic is assembled thereto. In such a state that the sleeve 3 is pushed to the projecting shaft part 2, the sleeve 3 is heated at the prescribed temp. in a vacuum furnace to melt and fill the filling metal 8 and joined to the projecting shaft part 2. In this case, the plated copper layers 10, 15 excellent in wettability exist for the filling metal 8 and therefore separation of the filling metal 8 is not caused and joint strength is enhanced. Thereafter a metallic shaft 4 is welded to the reverse flange 5 of the sleeve 3.
