PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling operating of a magnetic head by integrating and forming plural layers of Fe-Ni series high magnetically permeable alloy by cladding and forming oxidized films clad among the alloy layers. CONSTITUTION:Plural layers of Fe-Ni series high permeability alloy are integrated by cladding to form multilayer clad Fe-Ni series high magnetically permeable alloy. Oxidized films or oxide insulating films clad among the alloy layers are formed. A magnetic head core is formed with the Fe-Ni series high magnetically permeable alloy. In this way, the assembling operation of a magnetic head can be simplified.
