An antistatic polyamide fiber is prepd. by making a master chip by integrating the cpds of formula (I), (II) and (III) with caprolactam in the conditions of (1), (2) and (3); mixing the chip with a formal polyamide in the condition of (4); and then melt-spinning by usual method. The conditions are 0.20<=RA<=0.40 (1); 0.20<=RB<=0.40 (2); 0.025<=RC<=0.40 (3); 0.005<=X<=0.05 (4), where R4= (I+II) caprolactam, RB= I/II, RC= II/(III+I) and X= master chip/formal polyamide, (wt.ratio). In formulas, n=4-12 and m=40-100.
