PURPOSE:To regulate the emission of noise to the outside by locking a sound insulating curtain made of a sheet comprising a sound absorbing layer, sound insulating layer and facing sheet layer piled and having flexibility to the upper end of a guard fence for parting a construction block. CONSTITUTION:A rock wool layer 9 for absorbing sound, a resin sheet 10 of high specific gravity for insulating sound and a resin sheet layer 11 for a tent as a facing sheet are piled. In addition, a screen layer 12 for protecting the rock wool layer 9 is piled on it to form a sheet 7. A pair of right and left hook sections 8 is provided to the upper edge section 7a of the sheet 7 forming a sound insulating curtain 6. The sound insulating curtain 6 is hung with the hook sections 8 of the sound insulating curtain 6 locked to the upper end section 1a of the guard fence 1 and the rock wool layer 9 facing to a construction block side covering the guard fence 1 for parting the construction block. |
