PURPOSE:To obtain a reclaimed soil of good quality from an excavated soil of a high moisture content and high cohesiveness by subjecting an excavated soil and a soil stabilizer to preliminary crushing and mixing, to disintegration and mixing, then to sifting, and recovering the undersize as reclaimed soil and circulating the oversize as sorted soil through the subsequent reclaiming process. CONSTITUTION:An excavated soil (A) and a soil stabilizer (B) comprising, e.g., cement or quick line are subjected to preliminary crushing and mixing by using, for example, a double-roll crusher, to disintegration and mixing by using, for example, an impact mixer for application of a mechanical impact, and then to sifting, so that the undersize is recovered as reclaimed soil and the opersize is reused as sorted soil. This sorted soil is dried to give an intermediate soil (C). In the subsequent process, components A, B, and C are subjected to preliminary crushing and mixing, to disintegration and mixing, and then to sifting; these procedures are repeated to accomplish reclamation of component A. |
