A method for regenerating fents of an insulating fiber such as a waste glasswool or rockwool comprises (a) impregnating the fents of the fiber into the phenolic resin soln. tank, (b) dehydrating the soln. from the fents, (c) scutching the fents to a fixed thickness, (d) inserting the scutched regenerating material to the iron plate, and (e) hardening the soln. in the drying process.
