THE METHOD OF POTENTIAL CRIMPING CONJUGATED YARN

A comjugated yarn having potential crimping properties is prepd. by spinning a conjugated yarn to be formed in the type of low shrinking conponent (A)-high shrinking component (B)-low shrinking (A) (where the wt. ratio of A:B:A=1:2:1); first stage stretching to 60-80% w.r.t. total stretching, and then second stage stretching. The high shinking conponent is polyester resin of 0.65-0.70 intrinsic viscosity, and the low shrinking component is polyester copolymer resin of 0.75-0.08 intrinsic viscosity which is different with more than 0.1 w.r.t. the high shrinking comonet.
