PURPOSE:To reduce the friction coefficient of the roll surface drastically and surely and to make the electrification amt. of a film passing on a rubber roll about zero by executing polishing in order by changing the number count of a sandpaper from the coarse one to the fine one in order and executing finish polishing by a coarse sandpaper once again finally. CONSTITUTION:In case of polishing the roll surface of a rubber roll 1 by a sandpaper, the surface roughness of the roll surface by a surface roughness gage becomes smaller gradually when polishing is executed by changing the number count of the sandpaper from the coarse one to the fine one in order. When polishing is executed by the coarse sandpaper again finally, then, the surface roughness of the roll surface becomes larger a little than in the past according to the measurement by a surface roughness gage. However, the friction coefficient of the roll surface of the rubber roll 1 to a plastic film 2 is reduced surely and drastically and yet with reproductivity by the final finishing by this coarse grained sandpaper. |
