The invention relates to an oligolamellar liposome and to a method for producing it. In fact, this oligolamellar liposome consists of one to four phospolipid bilayers bounding a central aqueous cavity, and it comprises, in addition, a detergent, related in nature to the phospholipids, and in particular soya bean lysophosphatidylcholine, integrated in its structure. This invention will find application, in particular in cosmetology and topical dermatology.
