The subject of the invention is a dummy made of rubber and plastic. The said semirigid bar 17 is intraoral and is disposed between the limbus alveolaris of the arches and the lips 6, 7, by means of an intraoral rubber teat 1; the said intraoral rubber teat acting as a gutter so as to guide the two jaws 2, 3 against each other during closure and muscular tension of deglutition; the said teat 1 is extended as far as the canine zone in order to allow distribution of forces over the whole frontal zone and to reduce the risk of localised deformation. It is composed: - of a means used as a ring 8; - of a joining rod 9; - of a means acting as an intraoral bar 17 disposed between the limbus alveolaris 5 of the arches and the lips 6, 7; - of an intraoral rubber teat 1 acting as a gutter.
