This locking system combines with a interphone and uses a secrete number. A memory (3) memorizes a number in putted through a keyboad on a interphone. A microprocessor (15) compares the number with the secrete number memorized in a memory (4), and operates the driver of opening-and-shutting device (10) if both, numbers agree with each other. This system comprises openg-or-shut checher (5), alarm (7), error displayer (8) and other displayers.
