<p>A collapsible crate with base (15), sides (4), or (13) and (14), eight pins (7), and (12), four special headed pins (2), eight ridges and corresponding slots (3) and two separators (16), which divide the space of the collapsible crate into three sections. When the crate is empty, the sides fold down. When it is to be filled with merchandise, they open up. The advantages of this invention are: easy and quick opening and closing; when closed, it occupies approximately 1/5th of the space of a common non-collapsible crate; it is easily and quickly divided into two or more subspaces, so as to avoid damaging transported goods.</p> |
