PURPOSE:To improve stability of dark part potential and light part potential by incorporating a specified compd. into a substratum. CONSTITUTION:A compd. expressed by the formula I is incorporated into a substratum between an electroconductive base body and a photosensitive layer. In the formula, each R1 and R2 is an H atom, alkyl group, or aryl group; each R3-R6 is an H atom, halogen atom, alkyl group, cycloalkyl group, alkoxy group or aryl group; n is an integer 1-20. The substratum is constituted singly of a compd. expressed by the formula I. The substratum may be also constituted of plural components including other kinds of resin or additive. The proportion of said other kinds of resin to be mixed is <=50wt.% pref. <=30wt.% based on the total amt. of the substratum. Thus, depression of a dark part potential at high temp. and under high humidity or elevation of a light part potential due to continuous use at low temp. in low humidity is improved. |
