PURPOSE:To improve the safety against thermal variation, the grounding effect by a wire netting and shielding effect of the device by forming a surface plate by using a concrete material and by imbedding the wire netting of an expand metal and a metal bush therein. CONSTITUTION:A concrete surface plate 1 is formed by the concrete of a good aggregate used for the concrete base seat of a machine tool and a wire netting 7 spread over a full plane and the metal bush 8 of a female screw for fitting mechanism are imbedded. The imbedding is performed at the concrete block forming time, each metal bush 8 is brought into contact with the wire netting 7, brazing or welding may be executed, and each mechanism of an inspection device fitted to the surface plate is fixed by a bolt 9 at its base panel 3 and by a bolt 10 at its grounding wire 11. The grounding wiring for each base panel 3 is achieved by the wire netting 7 and metal bush 8 and a metal plate of good electric conductivity is used for the wire netting 7. |
