PURPOSE:To simplify phase-inverted control for rear wheels by furnishing a same-phase steering means to steer the rear wheels in the same direction as the front ones in accordance with the power steering pressure for the front wheels, and by providing an inverted phase steering means to steer the rear wheels oppositely to the front ones in accordance with the rate of change in this power steering pressure. CONSTITUTION:A power steering 6 according to the present invention is formed through combination of a steering gear assembly 9 with a power cylinder device 10 and an oil pump 13. A steering wheel 17 is coupled with the input shaft 7a of a rotary valve 7 through a phase advance steering means 14 and a column shaft 16. This is also equipped with a rear power cylinder 90 so arranged as to tie a left and a right pivoting shaft 89 of the rear-wheel suspension, and its left and right chambers 97a, 97b are connected with a control valve 98 for the same-phase operation while the two cylinder chambers 92a, 92b with another control valve 100 for inverted phase operation. The valve 98 is changed over in accordance with the power steering pressure for front wheels, while the one 100 switched over in compliance with the rate of change in the power steering pressure.
