A number of gas burners (2) and oil burners (3) are arranged in a duct. A gas burner has gas supply tubes (4), and a oil burner has air supply tubes (5). One of the gas supply tubes of the gas burner is connected to a gas supply pipe (6), a ignition gas supply pipe (7) and a air supply pipe (8) from the outside. Oil supply tubes (9) and atomizing steam tube (10) run parallel with the air supply tubes of the oil burner. The bumors complete conbustion of unournt buel contained in exhaust gas in the duet to supply more heat.
