The present invention relates to a method and a device for analysis or assay in a liquid medium. For this purpose, a probe 4 is used, having a sensitive head 14 intended to carry out the said analysis or the said assay, when immersed in the said liquid, and, preferably by turning the sensitive head 14 upwards, the flow of a continuous film of the said liquid over this sensitive head 14 is caused, and the said analysis or the said assay is carried out in the liquid film.
