<p>A method of preparation is described for 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1, 4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-chloro-kinolin-3-carboxylic acid: [chemical formula] as well as the reaction process of the acid (I) with piperazine, or its derivatives of the formula: [chemical formula], where R = methyl, ethyl, benzyl, pyridyl, hydrogen. Transformations of these new piperazinic derivatives to acidic additive salts are distinguished for their antibacterial properties and are pharmaceutically useful.</p> |
