摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a drive circuit for a resonance switch in which the energy required for the drive in a conventional circuit is regenerated to the power supply and the ON or OFF period is made nearly constant by connecting an inductor, a diode, a capacitor and a drive switching element to an input terminal of a control element having a capacitive control input terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a switch S2 is closed between times T1 and T2, a current flows to an inductor L in a triangle waveform, the current I flowing to the inductor L at the time T2 is V/L and the energy of (1/2)LI<2> is stored in the inductance. When the switch S2 is opened at the time T2, the energy is consumed as a current and charged into a capacitor C till a time T4 and the energy in the inductor L is stored entirely in the capacitor C including the parasitic capacitor and pxpressed as (1/2)CV<2>Gax. The energy stored in the capacitor C is transferred to the inductor L conversely from the time T6 to the time T5. A diode D is conductive at the time T6 and the energy stored in the inductor L is regenerated in the power supply of the drive circuit and all the energy is finished for regeneration to the power supply at a time T7. Thus, the drive circuit for a resonance type switch is obtained.
