PURPOSE:To reduce noise to a power system by using an inverter with a difference inverting voltage so as to drive an output inverter. CONSTITUTION:When an input waveform 11 is inputted to an input terminal 1 with a negative voltage VSS, at first a potential of an output of an inverter 2 is a positive voltage VDD as shown in an output waveform 12 and an output of an inverter 3 is at a positive potential VDD as shown in an output waveform 13. When the potential rises gradually from the VSS to the VDD as shown in the input waveform 11 to the input terminal 1, the output potential of the inverter 3 is inverted from VDD to VSS at first depending on the characteristic of the inverters 2, 3. Thus, an N-channel transistor(TR) 5 is turned off and the output potential of the inverter 2 remains the VDD and then the P-channel TR 4 remains turned off. Thus, both the P-channel TR 4 and the N-channel TR 5 are turned off and no short-circuit current flows between the power supplies. Thus, noises is suppressed. |
