PURPOSE:To maintain high-speed performance by installing a vacuum heat- insulating box body, into which a film-cable electrically connecting wirings among substrates, to which superconducting elements and semiconductor elements are mounted together with the wirings, is penetrated and which covers the substrates of the superconducting elements. CONSTITUTION:Vacuum heat-insulating box bodies 2, 3, into which film-cables 13 electrically connecting wirings among substrates 12, 11, to which the wirings are shaped while superconducting elements 6 and semiconductor elements 7 are mounted, are penetrated and which cover the substrate 12 to which the superconducting elements 6 are mounted, are set up. Consequently, regions covered with the lower-side vacuum heat-insulating box body 3 and the upper- side vacuum heat-insulating box body 2 and the outside are communicated only through the thin film-cables 13, and heat flowing into the regions from the substrates 11 is reduced. Accordingly, heat hardly flows in, and these mounting sections are positioned at close range, thus maintaining high-speed performance. |
