Device for electrically heating products contained in receptacles, particularly depilatory wax, which includes a receptacle made from heat-conducting material in which the product to be heated up is accommodated, the product being particularly a depilatory wax presented in the form of a refillable block and which is provided at its upper part with an equalising-roller (spreading-roller) applicator device, the said receptacle being shaped so as to be able to be positioned in a casing equipped with the heating means, this device being characterised in that the said heating means 24, 36 are produced so as to ensure, on the one hand, heating up to the softening temperature of the product, such as the block of depilatory wax 12 accommodated in the said receptacle 10 and, on the other hand, heating up during use, to this same softening temperature, of the applicator device 14 with the equalising (spreading) roller 16. <IMAGE>
