发明名称 LOW-COST LOW-POWER VISIBLE LIGHT SOLID LASER
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a low cost low power solid laser generating visible laser beams by a method wherein a visible laser beam is generated by a laser chip and a doubler chip coupling with each other by a coupling material having a refractive index suitable for the chips, and the chips are supported so as to make oscillation movements in a center part of beams in a laser space and oscillate to a spike beam output. CONSTITUTION: When NPP (pentaphosphate neodymium) is used as a laser chip 104 and KTP (potassium titanium phosphate) is used as a doubler chip 108, a coupling material 110 has a refractive index of about 1.68 in wavelength of 1050nm. Beams generated by a laser diode 100 are focused by a lens 102 and focused on a laser chip 104 via an input window mirror 106, to laser-radiate so as to generate beams having wavelength of about 1050nm. These beams are supplied to a frequency doubler chip 108 via the coupling material, and a part of beams of 1050nm is transformed to beams of 525nm, and an output coupler 112 transmits beams of 525nm at high degree to radiate by a solid laser.
