PURPOSE:To automate the wire binding to bobbin terminals even in the case of coil-winding with thick wires or stranded wires, by providing a guide nozzle that moves in the three-axis directions x, y, z crossing each other at right angles, making the x-axis of the central axis of the rotation of a spindle, and by not making the guide nozzle bind wires to the bobbin terminals. CONSTITUTION:After a wire W is fixed to an anchor pin 31, the shaft 43 of a binding tool 41 is so moved that a terminal (e) of a bobbin B may be inserted into the shaft 43. Then, a guide nozzle 21 moves in the directions of y-axis and x-axis, hooks the wire W at a protrusion 49, moves along grooves 53, 56 putting the wire W into the groove 53, and lets the binding tool 41 hold the wire W. A cutter 42 is moved on the shaft by a nozzle mechanism, elevated or fallen on the nozzle mechanism to open or close a cutting tool 61. And, the wire W is cut between the anchor pin 31 and the shaft 43. The wire W is wound on to the terminal (e), as the shaft 43 rotates with the holder 44 and the wire W rotates on the terminal (e) of the bobbin B. |
