PURPOSE:To secure always stable operation by installing a butterfly valve which is controlled in accordance with the wave length at the air exit of a wave power generator which is driven by the air stream generated by the wave power. CONSTITUTION:A water-pressure gauge 2 which detects the vertical movement of the wave through the variation of the water-pressure is installed in the vicinity of the bottom of a fixed air chamber 1 whose lower surface is opened, and an air turbine system power generator 4 is installed in the power generation box 3 over the air chamber 1. The air stream discharged from the air chamber 1 is introduced into air turbines 5 and 6 through ducts 8 and 9, and after said turbines 5 and 6 are driven, the air stream is introduced into an air exit 10. A valve seat 11 is installed at the air exit 10, and a butterfly valve 13 which is in conformity with the valve seat 11 is held onto a valve shaft 14. A servomotor 15 is installed onto said valve shaft 14, and is controlled by a control circuit so that each phase of the air stream and the air pressure is reutually conformed when the wave length is relatively longer, and the valve 13 is kept in the opened state when the wave length is relatively shorter. |
